RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The key responsibilities of the Bilingual Adoption Representative/Social Media Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Screen potential adopters and communicate the adoption process in both English and Spanish
• Facilitate and complete adoptions during Adoption Center hours
• Process adoption fees and complete paperwork
• Educate adopters about proper veterinary care and general cat care
• Provide basic cat care including cleaning the Adoption Center and cat enclosures
• Translate all adoption paperwork and printed marketing materials
• Work closely with the Executive Director in bilingual communication and marketing via all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License and reliable transportation
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Excellent bilingual interpersonal and written communication skills
• Possess a genuine love and compassion for cats and the cat rescue environment
• Must be able to commute between all three Kitty Angel Rescue locations
• Willingness to make at least a 1-year commitment to the position
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, etc.)
• Highly proficient in all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience and knowledge in veterinary and general cat care
• Must be able to hold and handle skittish and fearful cats, clip nails, administer medications, etc.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced work environment

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits:
