Due to continued growth, we are actively looking for a

Project Manager/Schedular

to join our Service Department in Bangor, ME. As a Project Manager/Schedular, you will be responsible for assisting in the completion of all assigned jobs, maintaining contract documents, coordinating with the sales and design teams, handling all materials/equipment, and ensuring the manpower requirements for the project are scheduled suitably. In this role, you will also be responsible in assisting with keeping services scheduled and on track per various frequencies and assist with day-to-day operations in the service departments.




JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:




Contact customers via phone and/or email to schedule services. Maintain positive, professional customer relationships. Work closely with administrative staff in the Service Department and with Technicians. Maintain accurate customer and/or system information in applicable databases. Coordinate material and equipment ordering and oversight for jobs (as applicable between the Designer and Shop Coordinator). Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:




Previous experience in Project Management, preferably in the Fire Protection industry. Strong oral, written, and telephone communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Moderate to advanced computer skills. Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:




Valid state driver's license. NICET certifications preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:




Office environment - moderate noise level. Construction job sites - moderate to heavy noise, uneven ground, exposure to all types of weather, and possible work at heights. Ability to maneuver in restricted, poorly lit spaces. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
