Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager/Estimator
with a strong background in
commercial masonry construction
to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in estimating, project management, subcontractor coordination, and client relations to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and bid packages for commercial masonry projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify scopes of work and cost impacts.
Develop project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.
Oversee daily project operations, including subcontractor management, safety compliance, and quality control.
Monitor project costs, progress, and performance to ensure alignment with budgets and schedules.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors.
Identify value engineering opportunities to improve efficiency and cost savings.
Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial masonry construction (estimating & project management required).
Strong understanding of masonry systems, construction processes, and materials.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
