My growing client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with commercial experience in St. Louis, MO. As the Project Manager you will manage people and projects from beginning to completion, and help be a decision-maker for the company.   • Leading multiple projects at a time
  • Managing all client, architect, engineer, and trade partnerships
  • No travel required
  • Time in-office and on-site
  • Make sure cost reports & billings to owner are done on time
  • Report directly to president
  • Plans and coordinates project activities inline with company polices and procedures
  • Partner with the estimating team to assist with the pre-construction site

  • 5-10 years of project management experience
  • $10M+ project experience
  • Degree is not required
  • Can hit the ground running and lead construction team & projects
  • Experience with commercial, multifamily, or light-industrial projects
  • Experience with planning, RFIs, submittals, bidding, keeping up w/ schedules, change orders, etc.
  • Hard working and willing to take charge
  • Someone who wants to grow with this company and become a key-decision maker
Our family-owned client has been in the commercial space for nearly 20 years and has a strong backlog in St. Louis with a wide variety of markets including higher education, institutional, multifamily, light-industrial, tilt-up, and commercial. This company does $30M - $50M in annual revenue but they are projected to reach $100M this year. All employees report directly to the president of the company and they are signatory to the carpenters and laborers union. This client is expanding rapidly and all employees are welcome to help shape the policy and procedures.
