Position Overview

We are seeking an

experienced Restoration Project Manager

to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role where you'll manage crews, coordinate with clients and insurance adjusters, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and maintain the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of

restoration and reconstruction projects

(water, fire, storm, and mold). Oversee job progress from initial inspection to final walk-through. Coordinate schedules for field crews, subcontractors, and vendors. Communicate daily with homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance adjusters. Ensure jobs stay on track with

timelines, budgets, and quality standards

. Document job progress, scope changes, and approvals in CRM software. Inspect job sites regularly to ensure safety compliance and workmanship standards. Assist with estimating, change orders, and material procurement.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of

construction, restoration, or project management experience

- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate crews and subcontractors
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with

insurance adjusters and TPA programs

(preferred)
- Familiar with estimating software like Xactimate (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check (felony-free)
- Physically able to visit job sites and handle occasional hands-on tasks

Pay & Benefits

$60,000-$75,000 per year
