The Project Manager - Multifamily Construction role is essential in overseeing and coordinating multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. This position in Northern MA is perfect for individuals with a passion for construction and strong organizational skills.
The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals align with specifications.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to drive efficiency and success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns promptly.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project milestones effectively.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and resolve potential issues that could impact project delivery.
