Remote Sales

We provide

3-5 high-quality, prescreened appointments per day

, scheduled by our experienced dispatch and customer service teams. You'll go directly to the job site and close the deal--all in a single visit.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

in-home consultations

with homeowners experiencing emergency water damage

Use high-leverage sales techniques to secure "one-visit closes" Provide urgent and reliable solutions to distressed homeowners Manage and oversee water + fire damage restoration crews Track job progress and maintain communication with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams Ensure timely documentation and reporting for each job

Qualifications

Proven sales experience and customer service/ project management

Proven in-home sales

expertise preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage and motivate field crews Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Valid driver's license required Availability for overtime and occasional holiday work Water restoration industry experience is a plus
