Job Description

The Project Manager at Maintenance America is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing residential and commercial projects from start to finish. This role ensures jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. The Project Manager acts as the communication link between the office, field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Experience in

residential remodeling/small-commercial projects

, not only large scale commercial high-rise. Familiarity with field teams (lead techs, helpers), subcontractors, materials delivery. Good communication skills with owners, office manager, technicians and customers. Ability to handle scheduling, budgets, punch-lists, quality control, and field visits. Flexibility and hands-on mindset (because your company likely has a blend of work). Must align with your brand values: integrity, positive attitude, quality work.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
