Job Description

We're working with a respected general contractor in Maine to identify a Senior Project Manager with 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, ME, offering the opportunity to lead impactful projects in higher education, retail, and commercial sectors.

  • Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to promote collaboration and efficiency.
