Project Manager / Estimator
Job Description
We're hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee renovation, capital improvement, and maintenance projects across a residential property portfolio. This role combines estimating, project coordination, and field oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
What You'll Do
Prepare estimates, scopes, and budgets for property renovations, unit turns, and capital projects
Manage projects from planning through completion
Coordinate vendors, contractors, and material deliveries
Track schedules, costs, change orders, and project progress
Conduct site visits to monitor quality and resolve field issues
Communicate with internal teams to align timelines, priorities, and expectations
Requirements:
Experience in construction project management, estimating, or property renovations Strong budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working in the field and visiting active properties Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
