We specialize in tile installation, custom showers, flooring, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and residential finish work.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Construction Project Manager/Estimator

with strong experience in residential remodeling and flooring. This position plays a key role in estimating jobs, working directly with homeowners, managing project schedules, and ensuring high-quality results on every project. The right candidate is organized, dependable, and confident managing multiple projects at once.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating & Customer Interaction

Meet customers at their home to assess scope and gather details Prepare accurate estimates for tile, flooring, kitchen/bath remodels, cabinets, and countertops Present bids clearly and professionally Sell the project and guide clients through materials, expectations, and the job timeline Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after project completion

Project Management

Manage assigned projects from start to finish Coordinate crews, subcontractors, schedules, and material deliveries Maintain daily communication with installers and clients Ensure work meets company standards and stays on schedule Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects moving Maintain detailed project documentation, notes, and updates

Required Experience & SkillsConstruction & Technical Skills

Minimum

3 years

experience as a project manager, estimator, or similar role in residential construction Strong working knowledge of: Tile floors and showers LVP and hardwood flooring Kitchen and bathroom remodels Cabinets, countertops, and general carpentry Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and understand jobsite requirements

Professional Skills

Very organized and able to manage multiple projects Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a major plus) Professional appearance and customer-facing confidence Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
