Job Title: Project Manager - Engineering - I Location: West Point, PA (Hybrid) Duration: 8 Months Contract (Potential to extend) Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 B.S. in Safety, Environment, Engineering or Science discipline required (alternative degrees considered with demonstrated project management and problem solving skills). \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and ability to manage project schedules required. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills as well as critical and innovative thinking. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to manage several complex work streams with multiple stakeholders at one time. \xc2\xb7 Proven project management skills required. Highly organized with strong analytical skills, ability to work independently to complete assigned work. \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to influence without a direct line of authority. \xc2\xb7 Must have a customer service orientation with an understanding of how to provide outstanding customer service. \xc2\xb7 Proven success as a self-motivated team contributor. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with diverse set of customers/stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint required. Power Apps, Power automate, Microsoft Forms preferred. Responsibilities: Multiple site-level and above-site projects will be initiated by the site leaders, in order to progress Environmental, Health and Safety at the West Point facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of project scope, planning and evaluation of potential solutions, communication with stakeholders in order to obtain alignment as well as ensure on-time project completion. Development of high quality, professional communication materials and presentations to all levels of the organization will be required. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be required. Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk. Regularly analyze and communicate data and project status to business stakeholders and team to achieve project goals. Provides project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends in consumable formats bi-weekly and monthly. The successful candidate must have the ability to work with minimum supervision and exercise independent judgment in the daily performance of their duties. Learn/follow all Safety, Health, Environmental, GMP and regulatory requirements (as required by task). Perform necessary administrative duties to insure maintenance of records, reports, and associated tasks with minimal direction. Job Type: Contract Pay: $45.00 - $48.00 per hour Schedule:
