About the Role
The Project Manager plays a key role in driving execution across company-wide initiatives, including acquisitions, new shop openings, rebrands, facilities projects, IT rollouts, and process improvement initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Strickland Brothers' brand standards and operational goals.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, and demonstrates exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for acquisitions, remodels, and new site openings--from planning through post-launch review.
Build and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and task trackers in Smartsheet or Monday.com.
Partner closely with Operations, Facilities, IT, Marketing, and Training teams to coordinate project deliverables and ensure alignment.
Develop standard operating procedures, templates, and checklists to streamline project execution.
Monitor progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively drive resolution.
Track and report on project performance metrics, ensuring clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency across departments.
Ensure all brand, compliance, and operational standards are upheld during implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in project management, preferably within multi-unit operations, construction, facilities, or retail environments.
Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
