Job Description

Blue Sky Cleaning and Demolition Services is looking for an estimator to join our team. The estimator will:

Compose proposals for construction cleaning and demolition jobs Visit job sites as needed Attend walk through meetings, pre-bid meetings and pre-construction meetings Mark up construction plans to prepare demolition crews to start a new job Help manage administrative tasks concerning jobs bid on Execute follow up phone calls and emails Be able to concentrate for long periods of time Enforce policies and procedures Build relationships with clients

Necessary qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the US Must be age 18 or older Must have a valid driver's license Must be punctual and reliable Must possess basic computer skills Uses time constructively and productively
Helpful qualities:

Experience in the construction industry Experience in the cleaning industry Experience in estimating Microsoft Office skills Comfortable handling communications Experience reading construction plans
Compensation:

$40,000 first year base salary 5% raise per year on base salary Commission on successfully won bids when jobs are complete Potential total compensation: $65,000/yr. to $90,000/yr. depending on effort
