supports the planning, implementation, and completion of complex, multi-disciplinary projects that advance Agile Dream Team's corporate and operational objectives. This role assists in project scheduling, budget monitoring, data analysis, and report preparation, ensuring projects stay on track, within scope, and aligned with established policies. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting efficient project delivery across departments.
Responsibilities
Assist in
planning, organizing, and coordinating
all phases of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
Prepare project
reports, progress summaries, and documentation
for internal and external stakeholders.
Support
budget administration, scheduling, and contract management
activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Conduct
data collection and analysis
to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate
records, files, and databases
related to project activities and milestones.
Monitor progress across multiple disciplines and report variances to project managers or leadership.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure information flow and task completion.
Assist in risk assessment, change tracking, and compliance verification.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of
1 year of experience
in scheduling, coordinating, and supporting projects within a
transit, maintenance, or infrastructure environment
.
Familiarity with
project management methodologies and tools
(e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Experience in
budget tracking, contract monitoring, and reporting
.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Licenses/Certifications:
CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
Residency:
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to
Washington D.C.
(on-site role).
