Job Description

POSITION



OBJECTIVE:







Manage multiple New Product Development projects within AB Mauri North America; Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project using best practice. Communicate project status to stakeholders, project owners and senior leadership.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS





Project Management



Develop and implement both long-term and short-term strategies, setting ambitious yet achievable milestones and ensuring projects are delivered on time. Take ownership of project timelines, proactively addressing challenges to ensure all deliverables are met. Contribute to key project communications, supporting transparency and engagement across all levels of the organization. Delegate tasks effectively, identifying and engaging top talent within workstreams to maximize project performance and professional development. Oversee all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for all stakeholders. Lead project reviews and deliver insightful updates to department managers and the leadership team, driving continuous improvement. Design and execute comprehensive risk mitigation plans

NPD Management



Champion new product development meetings, encouraging teams to identify and resolve roadblocks, and fostering a culture of innovation. Utilize task management tools within the PLM Tool to monitor progress, guide projects through stage gates, and drive accountability. Ensure the highest standards of accuracy in task and data management Communicate project updates and changes effectively, bringing awareness and alignment across teams

Human Resources



Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and relevant employment laws

A COMBINATION OF THE LISTED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS PREFERRED







Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field 1 to 3 Years of Project Management experience preferred Excellent oral communication, technical/writing and presentation skills Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint. Project Management Software knowledge: Workfront, MS Project or other PM software TraceOne (DEVEX) knowledge a plus Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently
