Position Overview
We're looking for a
Project Coordinator
to support our Project Management and Operations teams. This role keeps jobs organized from purchase order through installation and close-out -- coordinating service calls, documentation, and communication between vendors, clients, and our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager with scheduling deliveries, installations, and subcontractors
Track project progress and update NetSuite/Bluebeam records
Prepare and submit
O&M manuals
, warranty info, and close-out documentation
Receive and dispatch
service calls
; follow up until resolved
Create submittal packages and equipment data sheets
Communicate with vendors, clients, and installers to keep jobs on schedule
Support warehouse and field teams with delivery documentation and photos
Qualifications
2+ years' experience in project coordination, construction, or equipment service preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-pacedenvironment
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite, Bluebeam, or AutoQuotes a plus
Customer-service mindset and team-oriented attitude
