The Project Coordinator manages short, run-rate projects and oversees all project activities from sale through transition to support. This role is accountable for defining project SLAs, coordinating resources across technical and operations teams, and ensuring timely delivery through hardware configuration, kitting, and shipping.

The Project Coordinator also manages customer expectations by processing routine or recurring work, resolving issues, and communicating project milestones and deadlines. Typical project duration ranges from 2 to 10 days and follows a standardized process.

You'll

Do:


Manage a continuous flow of short-term, recurring projects. Coordinate all project activities through completion, ensuring progress across internal and external technical and operational teams. Manage demand intake for run-rate projects driven by existing sales programs. Understand customer configuration, kitting, and shipping requirements. Coordinate device configuration, kitting, and shipping processes. Define and manage key project milestones to ensure service levels are met. + Identify potential risks or delays and develop proactive solutions. + Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, set expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
Escalate and resolve client issues, assisting sales with requirements gathering when needed. Maintain consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders. Provide post-project follow-up, ensuring successful transition to support and customer readiness. Configuration Learn and support the relevant hardware and software used by the company. Load required applications onto hardware following defined configuration standards. Notify management or procurement of suspected software or hardware issues. Follow configuration documents and checklists to exact standards. Troubleshoot operating system update and application installation errors. Maintain updated records of inventory, configuration activities, and project logs. Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Configure a variety of devices, including Android devices, PCs, printers, and Apple products. Enroll new devices into mobile device management (MDM) systems. Reconfigure repaired devices to meet customer standards and create QR codes to streamline future staging.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree in a related field; or

hree (3) years of relevant experience. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Experience working within ERP and/or CRM systems. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong multitasking, workflow management, and process-oriented mindset. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and familiarity with Android and Apple devices.
