Help Wanted - Project Coordinator

Persson Construction is a design-build residential remodeling company serving the Seacoast area. We specialize in high-end renovations, additions, and custom projects that combine thoughtful design with exceptional craftsmanship.

We're looking for a

Project Coordinator

to join our growing team -- someone who's organized, proactive, and enjoys keeping projects running smoothly from design through completion.

What You'll Do

Support the Project Manager and Production Team with scheduling, communication, and documentation. Manage Buildertrend entries (change orders, photos, to-do's, daily logs, and client updates). Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners to ensure materials, deliveries, and selections stay on track. Track budgets, review invoices, and assist with purchase orders. Help prepare pre-construction documents, design selections, and closeout packages. Keep the team organized and informed -- from kickoff meetings to punch lists.

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Proficiency with Buildertrend, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks (or willingness to learn). Experience in residential construction, remodeling, or design coordination preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-first attitude -- someone who enjoys working collaboratively with clients, subs, and trades.
