Project Coordinator for a commercial Interior sign company that brands engaging Workplace Interior & Event Environments for clients in the Carolinas utilizing custom signs, graphics and wall displays.
This role will allow you to increase your compensation by as much as 25% above your salary when your individual quarterly sales goals are exceeded.
Responsibilities
About the Role: The Project Coordinator position in the Charlotte, NC area, requires a driven professional who spearheads the clients' effort to brand their commercial interior and event environments from initial client request to final execution.
This role utilizes our process driven systems that the candidate must master and involves building client relationships, estimating, and quoting projects, securing sales, and overseeing the creative, production and installation of vinyl graphics, custom interior signs and wall displays.
The position requires a fast-paced, collaborative approach, emphasizing teamwork, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction, foster repeat business, and generate referrals.
This position combines sales expertise with the responsibility to manage projects from start to finish.

Qualifications
Two or more years of experience required as a project coordinator or similar role for a commercial interior signs and graphics company.
Primary Work Location will be our Charlotte, NC office.
In Office Schedule is 7:30am-5pm Monday-Friday and as required.
Report directly to the Director of Development.
