Position Summary
The Project Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting Fourlane's Project Managers and Software Consultants in the delivery of client implementation projects. This position focuses on coordination, documentation, and organization -- helping ensure that all moving parts of a project stay aligned and that both the client and internal teams have what they need to succeed.
This is a detail-oriented, hands-on support role ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, and process improvement within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Administration
Assist project managers in setting up projects within Salesforce and related systems.
Help allocate project budgets, resources, and timelines in collaboration with consulting leads.
Schedule and prepare for milestone and deliverable meetings, including creating agendas and tracking follow-up actions.
Project Tracking & Reporting
Monitor project progress and update internal tracking systems with current data on timecards, budgets, and deliverables.
Conduct regular project quality checks such as open project reviews and time tracking accuracy.
Compile summary reports for project leads and management to support visibility into project health.
Documentation & Communication
Maintain accurate project documentation and client communication logs.
Support internal and client-facing communication with status updates and meeting recaps.
Ensure all project information is up-to-date, organized, and accessible for the consulting team.
Team Support
Coordinate with consultants, accountants, and software specialists to ensure tasks and milestones remain on schedule.
Provide administrative and operational support to help streamline project execution.
Identify potential process gaps and make recommendations for improving coordination efficiency.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a project coordination, operations, or administrative support role within software, ERP, or professional services.
Working knowledge of project management tools or CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other collaboration tools.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other accounting/ERP systems.
Exposure to client-facing project work or professional services delivery.
Understanding of time tracking, billing, and project budget processes.
