Job Description

FULTRADE(TM) Project Advisor

Are you a self-starter with excellent communication skills who thrives on helping people? Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for explaining complex information clearly? FULTRADE is seeking motivated Project Advisors to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in connecting homeowners with top-rated contractors.

At FULTRADE, we've carved out a unique niche in the home improvement industry. We simplify the often-stressful process of finding reliable help for homeowners while providing contractors with highly qualified, sales-verified prospects. We're not just another lead generation service; we're a dedicated intermediary that delivers genuine opportunities.

What You'll Do:

As a FULTRADE Project Advisor, you'll be the face of our company, directly interacting with homeowners and facilitating successful home improvement projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting On-Site Property Assessments: Perform thorough inspections of homeowners' properties (interior and exterior) to identify potential needs and damage. Educating Homeowners: Clearly explain the condition of their property and outline potential repair or improvement needs. Securing Homeowner Agreement: Obtain homeowner agreement to be connected with a qualified contractor through FULTRADE. Presenting Qualified Projects: Effectively present verified projects (homeowners and their projects) to suitable contractors from our network. Research, vet, and add new qualified professionals to our constantly growing network. Facilitating Initial Meetings: Attend the initial meeting between the homeowner and the selected contractor to ensure a smooth transition to final hand-off. Follow up with Property Owner and Contractor after the project to ensure consistency in project outcome.
What We're Looking For:

Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and confidently articulate information to homeowners and contractors. Customer-Focused Mindset: A genuine desire to help homeowners and provide outstanding service. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse individuals. Detail-Oriented: Keen observation skills for accurate property assessments. Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to manage your schedule and appointments effectively. Problem-Solving Aptitude: Resourcefulness in guiding homeowners through various scenarios, including insurance claims. Reliable Transportation: Necessary for traveling to homeowner properties. Prior experience in sales, home improvement, insurance, or a related field is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training!
Why Join FULTRADE?

Ground-Floor Opportunity: Be part of a company with a unique competitive advantage and no direct competitors in our specific service niche. Impactful Role: Directly contribute to positive outcomes for both homeowners and contractors. Comprehensive Training: We'll equip you with all the essential knowledge and skills to succeed. Supportive Team Environment: Join a collaborative and dynamic team dedicated to your success. Competitive Compensation: 100% Commission Based Role. Immediate Payout for each contract sold. Further details of pay model will be discussed during interview.

If you're ready to make a significant impact and grow with a forward-thinking company, we encourage you to apply!
