What is this job all about?
The Program Support Coordinator provides support to management in departments that provide residential services for persons with developmental disabilities, mental illness and/or autism spectrum disorders.

What will my day-to-day responsibilities look like?
This role works closely with management and outside agencies to ensure that the individuals we support are receiving high quality services and services are adhering to appropriate policies and procedures.
You will do this by:
performing ISL variances checks
Completing home checks and other site visits to ensure quality services are provided
Performing quality assurance audits as directed
Performing audits on client and other relevant documentation to ensure best practices are followed
Under the direction of the Director, investigating complaints of individuals served, parents and/or guardians, taking appropriate action or referring problems to the other responsible official for resolution.
Circulating and implementing directives of the Director, or other professional, maintaining necessary records and reports.
Monitoring group home and/or ISL budgets, food accounts, client personal spending, and ensuring that accounting practices are maintained according to agency policy, and as assigned by supervisor
What do I need to be successful in this position?
Diploma from an accredited high school or equivalent.
One-year experience in the human service field is preferred.
Experience in the provision of treatment and habilitation to individuals who have mental illness, autism spectrum disorders, and/or developmental disabilities is preferred.
Demonstrated abilities to motivate and lead others.
