Job Title: Program Supervisor (PS)

Supervisor: Program Manager (PM)

Salary Range: $52,364 --- $55,120 --- $57,876

Full time: FSLA: Exempt

Brief Summary of the Position

:

Under the direction of the Program Manager, the PS is responsible for the case management of assigned caseload, empowering clients, communicating with all stakeholders and leading assigned DSP's. The PS is responsible for ensuring PCP programming is implemented with integrity by setting and overseeing client goals, providing training, and managing assigned staff.

Essential Functions:



40% Supervision and Support: Actively manage team of DSP's: conduct monthly check-ins with assigned staff; implement and monitor professional development goals, actively support staff by delivering timely feedback and utilizing Itineris' performance management strategies, including CA; hold quarterly team meetings; train staff on all individualized client programs. Directly oversee a Personal Support Senior DSP. Ensure all direct reports are up to date with agency training.

20% Communication: Serve as primary contact with all members of client teams; communicate consistently and comprehensively with all stakeholders and client families; act as liaison between client and community partners.

20% Administrative duties: Collaboratively build and staff individualized client/staff schedules; review and monitor ADP and EVV; collect and monitor program data collection (e.g. client/program specific); actively monitor implementation of PCP; oversee documentation review process; ensuring case management documentation (e.g. notes, outcome updates, etc.) and action steps are current; collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to create necessary supports (e.g. visual supports, self-monitoring supports).

10% Other duties as assigned and individualized to support client. This may include working in the rotation, field visits (QA), probing new PCP programs, assisting in crisis management, supporting DSP's to coordinate transportation for clients, as well as educating clients and families on community resources and activities and assisting with the enrollment/transition processes.

Required Education/Certifications/Experience

: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience plus 1 year of experience working with the autism population in community or vocational settings. Experience collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders and demonstrated organizational skills. CPR/First Aid, Driver's License and vehicle required.

Preferred Education/Certifications/Experience

: Bachelor's degree in related field plus 2 or more years experience working with the autism population in community or vocational settings. Experience supporting individuals with autism in the community and building relationships in the community. Experience in a management/team leadership role. RBT Training.

Additional Required Skills

: Strong time management, organizational skills, and must be able to multi-task and be flexible with schedule changes and priorities. Familiar with computer programs, including Excel, Outlook and Word. Must be a self-starter.

*This position requires applicant to complete a background check and drug screen (arranged and paid for by Itineris, Inc.) prior to hire. DDA mandated trainings certification provided once hired.

Pay: $52,364.00 - $57,876.00 per year
