Job Description

FCS is currently seeking a highly motivated human services professional to fill the position of Program Coordinator for our community based residential program, serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Carroll County, Maryland.

Interested applicants shall possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited College or University and 2 years of experience in a human service / developmental disability related field. Preference will be given to those with Maryland DDA experience. Previous supervisory experience will be a plus. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants must pass reference and background checks, pre-employment physical, and drug test.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Recruiting, hiring, training, supervising of Direct Support Staff in the community residential program. Scheduling of Direct Support Staff. On-call and crisis support. Participation in the development and implementation of Person Centered Plans (PCP's), and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP's). Group Home monitoring (site visits and maintenance). Compliance with State and Federal regulations: CMS, DDA, OHCQ, Social Security, etc. Attendance and participation in various professional meetings, committees, training, etc.
Benefits include:

Starting salary range: $65 - $70,000 per year based on experience. Health Insurance, Rx Plan, Dental Insurance, Disability Insurance, and Life Insurance based on agency policy. Paid Time Off (PTO) of 120 hours per year to start, 10 paid holidays, and 403(b) Retirement plan with matching benefit after 1 year.
