Job Description

:

Provide full lifecycle program management for OB3, including planning, task integration, milestone tracking, and quality assurance. Develop and oversee the OB3 Governance Framework, policies, and integrated reporting structures. Lead development of IPT Execution Plans, KPIs, risk registers, and prioritization tools. Produce executive briefings, IPT monthly reports, and data-driven performance insights. Facilitate cross-functional coordination, ensure alignment across IPTs, and manage dependencies. Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks; drive mitigation actions and escalation paths. Support data governance, financial oversight, forecasting integration, and dashboard adoption.






Job Requirements:



MINIMUM EDUCATION:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred: MBA/MPA).

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:


10+ years of federal program/portfolio management, governance, and executive reporting; prior experience leading multi-team portfolios. Ability to obtain required clearances.

CERTIFICATIONS:


* PMP (required or strongly preferred); Agile/Scrum or ITIL (preferred).
