Job Summary:
As a
Program Manager
, you'll be the driving force behind successful execution -- from planning through delivery
-- while collaborating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and customer-facing functions. Your leadership
will ensure technical goals, budget constraints, and schedule commitments are met, all while building strong
customer relationships.
Essential Responsibilities:
Plan with precision:
Develop detailed program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Proactively identify risk areas and implement mitigation strategies to protect schedule and performance.
Lead cross-functional execution:
Coordinate efforts across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and
Supply Chain to deliver on customer requirements with excellence.
Be the customer interface:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on program status,
milestones, and technical or commercial issues. Maintain confidence through clear, consistent
communication.
Ensure on-time delivery:
Oversee all production backlog related to Engineering, ensuring timely release
to Manufacturing and alignment with customer expectations.
Manage program controls:
Open, track, and close Engineering Work Orders in alignment with accounting
systems to ensure accurate cost capture.
Support new business:
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop proposals, cost estimates, and
schedules that help win future business.
Champion process improvements:
Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and
collaboration to enhance program outcomes.
Refine engineering processes:
Play a key role in strengthening internal product development workflows
and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline)
Experience:
At least 3+ years in technical program/project management roles, preferably in aerospace,
defense.
Leadership
: Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams towards shared goals
Excellent Communicator:
Superior verbal and written communication skills - able to synthesize and
present information to technical and executive stakeholders
Customer Engagement:
Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Technical Management
: Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management in an
engineering and manufacturing setting.

Must be able to support standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Must also be able to support
overtime on weekdays or weekends as required to support business needs. Must be able to lift and/or
