Primary Duties for Program Manager Trainee:
Flexible hours on 1st and 2nd shifts including every other weekend availability
Member of the Crisis Management Team with periodic oncall responsibilities
Clients come first. You have an opportunity to continuously make a difference in clients to reach their full potential
Oversee the daily operations of residential program for adults with mental illness or intellectual disabilities
Scheduling and supervising staff
Development and implementation of support plans
Meet or exceed all regulatory requirements as well as PLS standards, practices, policies, and procedures
Learn how to lead a team: Develop, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver the best for our clients

Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours including weekend shifts, holidays, and required periodic crisis rotations
21 years of age
Valid driver's license with clean record
HS Diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years of management experience in Assisted Living
Passion for making a difference in people's lives
Capacity to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization and to influence positive outcomes
Computer skills and proficiency
Four years of Human Services/Vocational Rehabilitation course work or related experience (Desired)
Successful completion of preemployment physical, TB test, caregiver background check, and applicable training
