Responsibilities: Peraton seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed team based in Hawaii, Australia, Guam, with support to Korea, Japan, and other locations in the Indo-Pacific region. The NCTAMS PAC O&M services include transmitters, receivers, antennas, ancillary equipment, security fences, alarms and monitoring systems, landscaping, and facilities. Test equipment calibration support is required for all locations. IT support is required at Wahiawa and Makalapa, Hawaii, locations.
This role requires a broad knowledge of telecommunication systems and maintenance functions.
The most highly qualified candidates have a broad knowledge of SATCOM/Global Teleport site and systems to include operations and maintenance functions.
Major Job Activities:

• The On-Site PM is the central point of contact with the Government for the performance of all work under this contract.
• Implement sound management principles critical to advising Government personnel.
• Ensures the balance of workload to an integrated support team managing the daily (24x7x365) care and operations of equipment and personnel located in multiple geographically separated locations.

Working Environment: Flexible 8x5 (Monday-Friday) (24x7 on-call) work schedule 24-hour X 7 support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or higher
• Minimum 10 years experience with 8 years or more years managing a program
• Qualified under the Navy Preventive Maintenance Program and Personnel Qualifications System (3M PQS) to the Department Head level (307) \xe2\x80\x93 or able to gain qualification within 6 months of employment
• Cyber Security Work Force Code 80 position which requires compliance with Cyber Security Work Force Requirements and DoD Directive 8140.01 Cyberspace Workforce Management, DoD Directive 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program and SECNAV M-5239.2 Cyberspace Information Technology and Cybersecurity Workforce Management and Qualification Manual.
• Active Secret security clearance
• The ideal candidate must have a broad knowledge of SATCOM/Global Teleport site and systems to include operations and maintenance functions.
• Possess domain expertise in Satellite Communications (SATCOM) and network system operations, help desk coordination, expeditionary military network operations, Continuity of Operations (COOP) planning, facilities and cyber security, and project management.
• Must possess relevant experience with a comparable level of responsibility managing SATCOM/Global Teleport site maintainers and operators (approximately 70 employees) in a project of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Must have experience interpreting technical data, using a variety of methods and approaches to performing the work in this contract.

Desired Qualifications:

• 
  PMP Certification
• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in computers, computer security, or management
• Experience interacting with union representatives and managing a workforce covered by Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) a plus
• Experience with part of the workforce covered under the McNamara-O\xe2\x80\x99Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) a plus
