Adult Residential Care of NH continues a legacy, providing enriching and comfortable homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a passionate, intrinsically motivated, detail oriented and innovative manager to join our team.

As a Program Manager, you will lead team members and oversee residential homes, supporting individuals and helping them live their best lives. You will ensure that the program is well-coordinated, effective, and supportive for individuals, families and staff focusing on person centered goals and needs.

Daily Responsibilities



Prioritize kindness, dignity, respect, communication, and integrity. Provided and maintain a safe working environment. Create and maintain a social and enriching environment for individuals that supports structure and consistency. Maintain timely and professional communication and relationships with team members, guardians, state agencies and funding sources. Provide leadership while executing the mission, vision and goals of ARC of NH, Inc. Ensures all program staff follow all agency and program philosophy, ISA goals, objectives, and coordination responsibilities, to include ensuring that all Area Agency and state documentation is completed in a timely fashion. Supervise and evaluate assigned staff. Ensure that staff receives appropriate certifications and training to perform duties adequately. Conduct staff meetings. Interview and hire staff as needed to fulfill staffing ratios across programs. Develop and monitor scheduling of staff across the programs to ensure program coverage. Maintain organized filing for state certifications. Coordinate service planning and other meetings with residents, guardians and/or family members a minimum of once annually according to program funding requirements. Monitor program budgets and petty cash. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:



A kind disposition, a sense of humor, compassion and desire to help others succeed. Bachelor's Degree and two years of program experience, or three high school diploma and years' related experience. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and ability to use good judgment. High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere as well as solo. Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving individuals with I/DD and Acquired Brain Disorders. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance required. Ability to pass all applicable DCYF, BEAS, Local Law, Federal and other required background screenings per regulations.

Compensation

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,625.00 per year
