The Program Manager, Integrated Care Management serves as a resource and support to the Integrated Care Management leadership assisting with strategic planning, initiatives, analytics, and operational support. This position will partner closely with operations, analytics, and clinical leadership to include (but not limited to) INTEGRIS Health Hospital, Physician, and Ambulatory Enterprises, INTEGRIS Health Partners, INTEGRIS Health Population Health Services Organization, INTEGRIS Clinical Programs and Services, IT, physicians and physician leadership, continuous improvement, business services, finance, payer strategy/contracting, compliance, as well as external entities and vendors.

Supports the Director of Care Management to plan and execute key activities that support the high-performance in Integrated Care Management
Demonstrate knowledge of regulations, practice procedures, HIPAA and other guidelines; ensures compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements related to Care Management
Support effective business relationships with internal and external entities
Supports provider leaders and/or committees in managing and supporting critical provider-led workstreams for Integrated Care Management
Plans, supports, and executes initiatives in alignment with the INTEGRIS Health Way and INTEGRIS Health operating model.
Develops and maintains an expert level of knowledge of Care Management and Utilization Review
Provides support as assigned to the Integrated Care Management leadership for special projects / initiatives in their areas of responsibilities.
Champions the ongoing design, redesign and improvement of operational processes to enhance organization success.
Supports clinical, operational, service, and team excellence initiatives as assigned
Reports to assigned Integrated Care Management Director and/or VP
This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
Reports to assigned Director or Vice President.
Bachelor's degree in business, biological sciences, health administration, nursing, or a related discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
Previous work experience within a healthcare field required
Knowledge of contemporary healthcare management issues and transformational work through recent experiences, training, or appropriate certifications preferred.
