Position Summary:
We're looking for an organized, relationship-oriented person to serve as our Program Manager. After an initial training period, you will be the go-to person for nonprofit founders who are enrolling in a program we have for new nonprofit organizations called fiscal sponsorship. This is our fastest growing program, so we anticipate opportunities for professional growth. You'll be communicating with clients in the program on a daily basis over email, phone, and Zoom. This position also handles the program's compliance and basic bookkeeping tasks. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who is a quick learner to help make the world a better place one nonprofit at a time. Experience with nonprofits and/or faith-based organizations professionally or in a volunteer capacity is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients, funders and potential clients in a friendly and timely manner
Managing ongoing relationships with clients, including answering questions via phone, zoom, and email
Maintaining a high level of compliance of the fiscal sponsorship program by learning and implementing the program's standards
Reviewing transactions submitted by clients for compliance with the program's standards
Reviewing and assessing applications to our fiscal sponsorship program and communicating with applicants about status of application
Communicate program progress, challenges and ideas for improvement to supervisor
Managing relationships with key vendors with professionalism and proactivity
Providing insight to the team about improving the program continually based on your interactions with clients
Conducting introductory calls over Zoom with potential new clients
Reviewing grant applications for compliance with the program
Submitting basic program information to grant providers and major donors as needed
Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
0-3 years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping or other people-oriented or detailed work
Excellent relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in basic business technology (Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to learn how to use software like Salesforce, and CRM platform (prior experience not needed)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple relationships and projects at once
Great communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Desire to help nonprofit organizations reach their missions
Desire to learn and grow in career
Positive and "can do" attitude
Education:
BA/BS Degree preferred, or 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Location:
Four days per week in the office with a hybrid option of one day per week remote

Olivia Cloer, Interim CEO
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation commensurate with experience. Compensation ranging from $55,000-$70,000 (dependent upon experience and performance based bonuses).
