As a Residential Program Manager, you will lead teams in supporting adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) to live the life they choose.

for our residential program,
starting at $24.00/hr (DOE)

You will make a difference every day in the lives of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as you:
Manage and oversee the residential department staff
Ensure that adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities receive the services that are consistent with their individual health and personal needs
Oversee accurate documentation and help develop Individual Support Plans (ISP)
Coordinate with other service providers, families, and other support systems to ensure participant's success

Requirements
Have HS Diploma or equivalent and a current Driver's License. Higher education degree preferred in the social sciences, psychology or related field. Experience may be substituted for degrees
Have two or more years experience in the supervision of paid staff, ideally in caregiving/supporting adults with disabilities
Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen for illegal drugs and a criminal history background check.
Be able to lift 65 pounds
