The Program Manager will oversee daily operations at a South Dakota partner school and provide support at a nearby campus as needed. Responsibilities include managing on-campus services, delivering products, fulfilling dispatch orders, meeting with students, and assisting with spring/fall move-in and move-out operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations at the primary campus.
Travel to a nearby school to deliver products or fulfill dispatch orders (mileage reimbursed).
Support spring and fall operations, including distribution, pickups, and basic product assembly.
Provide on-site customer service to students and campus partners.
Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate with the central operations team.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation (gas reimbursed for work travel).
Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Customer service or operations experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
