Job Summary:

Spearhead end-to-end program execution, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder military environment. Serve as the central point of contact, providing direct oversight of people, processes, and contract performance to meet cost, scope, and quality objectives.

Essential Duties:

Provide oversight of program operations, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, scope, and performance standards. Lead cross-functional teams in planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor financial performance, resource allocation, and program milestones to maintain predictable outcomes. Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and escalations with transparency and professionalism. Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, dashboards, quality assurance, and performance metrics. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high impact service delivery.

Education:

Master's Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field. PMP certification preferred

Experience:

10 years of proven experience leading large-scale programs in support of military facilities.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and diverse teams. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship building skills.
Salary: The projected salary range for this position is $75,000-$150,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
