Job Description

Strategic Insight, Ltd. is seeking an experienced

Program Manager

to provide senior-level program management and leadership in support of our Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development and Acquisition (ASN(RD&A)) client.

The program manager is responsible for end-to-end execution, including contract planning, financial management, staff supervision, quality assurance, and corporate leadership. This role requires extensive experience supporting DoD program management activities and working directly with senior government leadership.

Applicants selected for this position must have an active Secret DoD security clearance at the time of hire and must be a US citizen.

Key Responsibilities



Collaborate with clients to fully understand program requirements and expectations, Manage the execution of the tasks specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the terms of the contract, Work with the Chief Operating Officer and Controller to manage costs on contract and execute the contract to maximize revenue and fee generation, Track and manage financial performance on a planned versus actual basis, Provide day-to-day supervision of staff assigned to the case, Set priorities, assign tasks, and meet or exceed performance standards delineated in the government Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Approving training requests, travel, and leave, Assess staff performance and provide recommendations regarding recognition or disciplinary actions, Certify timesheets for assigned personnel, Ensure timely delivery and high quality of all services and products, Ensure work products meet or exceed client expectations and reflect Strategic Insight's standards and capabilities, Promote Strategic Insight's mission and capabilities across all cases, Support recruitment efforts by identifying candidates and participating in interviews, Actively share information and best practices across cases to improve efficiency and quality, Participate in monthly Case Leader meetings and maintain ongoing communication with peers, Share insights on: + Skill gaps and staffing needs,
+ Work accomplished,
+ Administrative or organizational issues,
Collaborate with other Case Leaders and the Director of Case Management to support staffing needs and innovation across cases, and Other job duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications



Experience

+ Minimum 10 years of relevant program management experience
+ At least 8 years of DoD program management support experience within the past 10 years
+ Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory experience, including:
- Planning, directing, and evaluating staff
- Managing and coordinating complex projects
- Supporting senior leadership
+ Experience working within a DoD Echelon I organization (highly recommended)
+ Demonstrated experience working directly with Senior Executive Service (SES), Flag Officers (FO), and/or General Officers (GO) (highly recommended)

Education

+ Bachelor's degree in business or a related technical field from an accredited college or university
+ Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
