ABOUT THE ROLE
POAH Communities is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a
Program Intake Coordinator
. This role supports the property management team by providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Woodlawn Resource Center team and overseeing the intake process for all Woodlawn Resource Center program participants.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct intake of all individuals accessing various WRC programs and activity offerings
Maintain up-to-date client contact information
Assist with documenting and monitoring client progress and attendance
Assist with Income Benefit Assessments, client follow-up, and scheduling
Provide resource and referral information to WRC visitors and update referral tracking form
Coordinate and communicate with e-referral sources, community agencies and providers
Maintain and order supplies for the WRC as needed
Receive and distribute incoming mail daily
Submit office invoices for payment and prepare expense reports
Manage and Coordinate scheduling of community room and computer lab -
Manage the community calendar for the WRC
Assist with event and activity set up and clean up, and attend/assist during as needed
Assist with outreach including text messages, phone calls, emails, flyers, etc.
Submit work order requests for WRC repairs, technology issues, etc.
Maintain appropriate data in company databases, such as Salesforce and Yardi
Other related tasks as assign
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
At least two years of experience in related area
College degree preferred
Solid verbal, written and customer service communication skills
Basic proficiency in the use of computers including Word, Outlook and Excel
Ability to work periodic overtime and flexible hours required, including weekends and evenings
Periodic travel may be required
