Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and data scientists to integrate modeling results into strategic plans. Prepare statistical and analytical reports communicating key findings and recommendations. Support the FAA Enterprise Performance Framework by developing KPIs and performance dashboards. Ensure all analytical methodologies comply with AMS, ISO 9001, and FAA Quality Assurance standards.

Mandatory Qualifications

8 + years of experience in operations research, data modeling, or system performance analysis in aviation or defense environments. Proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB, or Simio/AnyLogic for modeling and simulation. Strong background in optimization, queuing theory, probability, and stochastic processes. Demonstrated experience with FAA data systems or air traffic operations modeling. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Systems Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior support to FAA NextGen, AJM-3, AJG, or Air Traffic Organization (ATO) performance teams. Certifications: INFORMS CAP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or PMP.
