Job Description

CyberStorm Defense(TM) is seeking a Program Control Analyst (EVM / Scheduling) to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) in managing program schedules, budgets, and performance data.

This position supports FAA PMO and TechOps (AJW) portfolios by providing program control, schedule integration, and EVM reporting to ensure cost, schedule, and technical objectives are achieved across complex modernization efforts.

The analyst will partner with program managers, engineers, and financial analysts to maintain project baselines, track performance metrics, and prepare executive-level reporting for FAA leadership.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project or Primavera P6. Track and analyze project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. Support baseline management, variance analysis, and critical path assessments for multiple task orders. Develop cost and schedule performance reports (CPI, SPI, CV, SV) for FAA program management. Maintain and update program control databases and dashboards in compliance with AMS reporting requirements. Support risk and change-control processes to ensure accurate performance tracking. Assist program managers in developing work breakdown structures (WBS) and aligning resources to program goals. Present program health data, trends, and mitigation strategies to FAA stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualifications



7 + years of program control or EVM experience in federal or large-scale aviation programs. Advanced knowledge of EVM methodology (ANSI/EIA-748) and schedule integration best practices. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI. Strong understanding of FAA AMS project management principles. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications



Prior support to FAA PMO (AJM) or TechOps (AJW) programs. Certifications: EVMS Analyst (NDIA), PMP, or DAWIA Program Management Level II/III. Familiarity with Deltek Cobra, Unanet, or similar EVM tools. Experience managing multiple projects within IDIQ or BPA task order frameworks. Active Public Trust or Secret clearance preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
