We are seeking Professional Servers to join our team and provide exceptional service in an upscale dining environment. Chef Todd and Nickki Golden have been serving NWA for over 35 years. This is the second location of Isabellas Italian, the first opened in 2022 in Fayetteville. This location in Bentonville opened in November 2025.
We are looking for someone that can works shifts at our Bentonville location.
Responsibilities
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and attentiveness
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the food and drink menu with detailed descriptions of food, wines, cocktails, & beer
- Function in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets high standards
- Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
Requirements
- Prior experience in fine dining service is recommended
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine pairing & popular cocktails
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding high service standards
- Upbeat and teamwork attitude that others want to work with
- Availability Monday-Saturday nights (3-5 shifts per week)
