Blackhawk K9 is a fast-growing dog training and behavioral service dedicated to improving the lives of dogs and their humans. We specialize in balanced training and believe in building strong, lasting bonds between pets and their families. As demand grows, we're expanding our team and looking for passionate, skilled, and dependable dog trainers to join us on a commission-based structure.

Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced dog trainer to provide in-home, on-site, or virtual training services to clients. This is a flexible, commission-based role where you'll start out earning 25% of each training session or package sold with potential to increase the percentage over time. We provide the marketing, client leads, and support.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one and/or group training sessions Customize training plans based on dog behavior and client goals Educate owners on training methods and follow-up exercises Keep accurate training records and progress notes Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Requirements:

Prior experience in dog training Strong knowledge of balanced training methods and behavioral techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations (if required) Must be dependable, professional, and self-motivated Passion for dogs and a genuine desire to help them thrive
Compensation:

25% commission on all training services provided
