About the Opportunity

We're a busy, established dog grooming and retail business with a loyal client base and an existing training program that's ready to grow. We're looking for a

motivated, experienced Dog Trainer

to take over and expand our current program.

You'll have access to a dedicated training space, strong exposure to our grooming clients, and full freedom to design your own classes, private sessions, and training style. This is an excellent opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to

build and run a successful training program

within a reputable pet facility.

What You'll Do

Teach group classes and private training sessions Manage and grow the existing training program Build and recruit your own clientele (you're welcome to market to our existing grooming customers, but client development will be your responsibility) Create your own schedule and class offerings Deliver excellent customer service and client communication

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a professional dog trainer Positive, reward-based training methods Self-motivated and goal-driven Excellent communication and organizational skills Training certifications

Compensation:

Commission-based pay structure. Earnings are based on the training services you provide, with strong income potential for motivated trainers. Details will be discussed during the interview.
