Job Description
Role : "Production Support" Location : Woonsocket, RI / Onsite \xe2\x80\x93 Hybrid Duration: full-time Technical/Functional Skills Java, Oracle SQL/PL SQL, Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Appdynamics) Experience Required 8 years Roles & Responsibilities
- Working on Incidents, impact analysis of issues
- Monitoring alerts generated by Appdynamics, Splunk and log a defects if needed
- Coordinate with CVS production support team, development team and responding to their questions/clarifications.
- Provide weekend maintenance support, follow shift schedule.
- Execute SQL queries to extract data and share with respective stakeholders.
