During training and initial launch, it will be an 8-10 hour shift schedule and then transition to a 12-hour shift schedule.
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma, GED (General Education Development), or equivalency
Must be at least 18 years of age
Comfortable learning new technology
Legally authorized to work in the US
Preferred requirements:
3 years of directly related work experience troubleshooting or hands on experience in automation industry.
Experience with trouble shooting or hands on experience with machines.

Key responsibilities include:
Operating production equipment:
Safely operate and monitor automated machinery used in battery assembly, including feeding raw materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring consistent production flow.
Monitor and interact with computerized manufacturing equipment to produce batteries and check equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activity.
Diagnose machine/process issues and make machine adjustments.
Navigate computer and machine programs. Run queries to troubleshoot issues and keep machines running properly.
Assist with training new production operators using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Quality control:
Conduct visual inspections and basic testing of batteries to ensure they meet quality standards, identifying and reporting any defects.
Identify irregularities which are not compliant to work instructions and control plan regarding work environment, production process, raw materials, and the quality of semi-finished products.
Measure/analyze collected samples accurately with the provided measuring equipment.
Process adherence:
Follow established operating procedures and work instructions to maintain production consistency and safety.
Troubleshooting and maintenance:
Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment, identifying and reporting malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
Advanced machine troubleshooting. Drive troubleshooting and problem-solving activities when equipment breaks down and target performance has not been achieved.
Data collection and reporting:
Record production data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Collects and analyzes data, inspects products and processes, conducts tests, assists with research and development, and records results.
Safety compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required skills and qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand basic electrical and mechanical concepts
Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Basic computer literacy for data entry and monitoring systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
