High tech screen printing company in KY is expanding operations. They are hiring Screen Print Specialist for 1st 2nd shift. Responsibilities include: Oversee operation and maintenance of the flat bed rotary wide format screen presses. Work closely with printing crews to ensure jobs meet and/or exceed client expectations. Technical expert in screen print department. Use continuous improvement methods to increase efficiencies and reduce waste and down times. Work closely with outside vendors to ensure product compliancy and on-time deliveries. Oversee proper press training program. Work closely with Plant Manager to ensure client demands are being met and/or exceeded. Qualifications include: Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in flatbed wide format rotary screen printing operations required. Strong technical knowledge of wide format flatbed rotary screen printing processes. Experience printing on textiles and/or fabrics a plus. Excellent color matching and registration experience. Excellent leadership and coaching skills. Solid communication skills. Proven team building skills. Continuous Improvement, ISO, Lean or Six Sigma experience a plus.
