Production Line Maintenance Technician RENUZIT BRAND

Full-time \xe2\x80\x93 All Shifts Available

Pay $30- $36 per hour; $0.40 2nd shift differential; $0.55 3rd shift differential

Shift and Schedule

8 hour shift (7am \xe2\x80\x93 3:30pm)

8 hour shift (3:00pm \xe2\x80\x93 11:30pm)

All shifts- half hour unpaid lunch \xe2\x80\x93 two 15 minute paid breaks

Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)

Packaging Line Technician

Work Location: RENUZIT BRAND \xe2\x80\x93 Armaly Brands Facility - Howell, MI

We have an exciting opportunity at our NEW RENUZIT BRAND MANUFACTURING Facility for a hands-on problem solver who is excited about taking Renuzit Air Care to the NEXT level. This state of the art manufacturing facility will provide growth opportunities for future leadership. Training will be provided by Armaly Brands.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Repair and maintain conveyor systems, production machines, and equipment.
• Install, troubleshoot, replace, repair, adjust and modify mechanical, hydraulic, electronic and pneumatic equipment.
• Follow electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications using hand tools, power tools, electrical and electronic test equipment.
• Read, use, and update shop prints and manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s manuals for servicing and installation of equipment and distribution systems.
• Follow all plant and corporate safety and food safety procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED
• Two+ years prior maintenance experience with electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic, in a production environment or two-year technical degree.
• Knowledge of:

• Drive train - belts, pulleys, sprockets and chain
• Electrical - 110 single phase and 480 & 230 v 3 phase
• PLC troubleshooting and basic programing changes
• Motor control circuits
• Hydraulic - motors, pumps, valves
• Pneumatics - air valves and controls

• Ability to work 4x4 schedule, 12-hour shifts and overtime.
• Ability to teach, learn from, and work well with others and attend continued education courses.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift and grasp 40 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and carry up to 50 yards, possibly up or down stairs throughout the shift.
• Must be able to stand and or walk 100% of the shift.
• Must be able to work kneeling, standing, and squat, bend or reach throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work at elevated heights.
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job as derived from the physical demands analysis for this job.
