Job Description

This position is responsible for assembling and packaging The James Skinner Baking Company\xe2\x80\x99s food products. There are a range of duties on this food production line that will be rotated every two hours.

• 
  Abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, GMP\xe2\x80\x99s, and instructions.
• 
  Follow all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
• 
  Physical labor, fast paced production environment.
• 
  Various duties may include (not limited to the following):
• 
  Taking product off of pans, turning pans, removing product from pans
• 
  Inspect pans/trays for defects and accuracy prior to wrapping, discarding product with defects, damage, \xe2\x80\x98snoots\xe2\x80\x99, \xe2\x80\x98shouldering\xe2\x80\x99 or foreign material
• 
  Hand forming boxes, taping and stacking boxes
• 
  Manually placing products in cases and boxes
• 
  Most responsibilities and positions are rotated every two hours.
• 
  Be on time and at the job on a consistent basis
• 
  Throughout the production run and at the end of the shift, each person is responsible for general clean up.
