How YOU will make an impact everyday:
  • Must be able to work under direct supervision and take work instruction from Supervisor and Leads, work cooperatively and productively within a team environment.
  • Be able to operate with limited direction/oversight from department leads
  • Read, Understand and follow written procedures without deviating from the outlined process after training has been completed.
  • Work under conditions of a controlled environment and operate within our quality management system
  • Perform various assembly steps (ex. Bonding, flaring, swaging, tipping)
  • Enter data from manufacturing processes into computer software
Helpful skills for YOU to succeed as a Production Associate II (Assembly). (helpful, but not required):
  • HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • Dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to sit frequently, stand, walk and bend.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Prior microscope experience.
Qualifications for YOU to be successful:
  • 6 months \xe2\x80\x93 1 Year equivalent manufacturing experience
  • Working experience in a FDA or ISO regulations and high level of understanding and compliance with Cleanroom Environment, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Consistently meets attendance, quality, safety and productivity expectations.
