Provides analytical and reporting support for all areas of Product Management, including deposits, loans, credit cards and Treasury Management. Participates in projects to support the Product Management function as assigned. Supports Line of Business partners\xe2\x80\x99 strategic sales efforts by preparing statistical data and sales and financial tracking and trending reports. Prepares and manages the Financial Solutions Network (Retail) incentive reporting, including monitoring the integrity and accuracy of the sales tracking and reporting systems and recommending enhancements and improvements to the processes or systems surrounding the sales tracking and reporting.

Essential Job Responsibilities__________________________________

1. Provides analytical and reporting support for all areas of Product Management, including deposits, loans, credit cards and Treasury Management.
a. Works with the Product Managers to identify the reporting needs of the Product Management department and bank management. This will include determining the data field considerations necessary to complete an accurate analysis.
b. Maintains databases of the appropriate information necessary for completion of the analyses and reports.
c. Creates the extracts and reports required, and provides the information in a format that allows the Product Managers and/or Line of Business teams to review and/or analyze in an efficient manner.
d. Periodically reviews the report requirements and parameters with the Product Managers to ensure the reports continue to utilize the appropriate data and are still a valuable reporting and/or analytical tool.

2. Participates in projects to support the Product Management function as assigned.

3. Prepares statistical data and provides sales and financial tracking and trending reports to support the Line of Business partners\xe2\x80\x99 strategic sales efforts.

4. Assists partners with enhancing current reporting and developing new reporting, including participating in testing and validation.

5. Manages the Financial Solutions Network incentive reporting:
a. Prepares the Financial Solutions Center reporting daily and Financial Solutions Leader Team reporting monthly. Other incentive reporting prepared as required by the Line of Business incentive plans.
b. Monitors the integrity and accuracy of the sales tracking and reporting systems.

6. Recommends enhancements and improvements to the processes or systems surrounding the sales tracking and reporting.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________

1. High school diploma or its equivalent required.

2. Two (2) years of experience in a related position preferred.

3. Professionalism, organizational and time management skills as well as written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

4. Proficient reading, writing and grammar skills and strong analytical and mathematical skills are required.

5. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Excel required, and Microsoft Access and data warehouse report writing experience preferred.

6. Minimal travel may be required.

7. May be eligible for Telecommuting.
