About the Role // The Product Marketing Manager will lead the development, planning and execution of the go-to-market strategy for Extensis solutions. This is a critical role on the Marketing Team that will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Customer Success, Support, and the Leadership Team. We are hiring candidates in OR, WA, TX or TN only.

What You\'ll Do // As a Product Marketing Manager, your duties will include:

  • Work with the marketing team to provide valuable customer insights and develop go-to-market strategy for Extensis solutions.
  • Help develop and maintain company customer buyer & user personas.
  • Partner with Product Management, Customer Success, Support and the Leadership Team to gain insights that inform clear and concise product positioning, messaging and marketing campaigns for Extensis\' North American and Global markets.
  • Partner with the Product Managers to help influence product roadmap and vision.
  • Analyze competitive offerings to identify product differentiators as well as potential gaps.
  • Build strong customer relationships to develop references, case studies, and champions.
  • Conduct NPS and other Customer Sentiment studies to inform the Customer Success Team
  • Evangelize the Extensis portfolio of solutions by delivering compelling presentations through webinars, recorded videos and occasional live events.
  • Enable the Customer Success organization to effectively understand and sell Extensis solutions, creating and managing sales training, sales tools and collateral.
  • Help establish Extensis\' reputation as industry thought-leaders through the development of appropriate collateral in partnership with our content team.
What You Bring // In addition to a positive attitude, a desire to learn and a passion for what you do, the ideal candidate will also have the following:
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years\' experience in B2B software product marketing.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 consistent cross-functional and cross-team work is required.
  • Experience working with strategy, product, sales and marketing teams to drive global impact.
  • Knowledge and understanding of various marketing channels, lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong probing and reasoning skills to make relevant recommendations.
  • Ability to learn fast and work independently.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to negotiate and navigate stakeholders to drive consensus.
  • Collaborative working style.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales enablement experience preferred.
